Wine Pairing Dinner at Rhythm Kitchen Seafood and Steaks

Mark your calendars on Wednesday, January 25th for evening of decadent food and fine wine at Rhythm Kitchen Seafood and Steaks with the Breggo Cellars wine maker Ryan Hodgins. We will be featuring Breggo Cellars because they were recently purchased by Cliff Lede Vineyards. Our team of culinary experts is going to pair the right wine from Breggo Cellars with the right food at each course. We will demonstrate how various food flavors can interact nicely with the different wines of Breggo Cellars for a night to remember. After the dinner you will also be able to purchase the wine to take home at wholesale pricing. The Breggo Cellars wine maker Ryan Hodgins will be at the dinner to talk about his wine and will sign bottles for you. This dinner will be held at 6:00 PM in our private upstairs dining room. First Course
Breggo Cellars Pino Gris Anderson Valley will be paired with an spicy Ahi Tuna Napoleon with spicy Avocado.

Second Course
Breggo Cellars Gewurztraminer Anderson Valley will be paired with a Phyllo crusted Salmon with Duxelle Mushrooms on a cashew vinaigrette spring mix.

Third Course
Breggo Cellars Pino Noir Anderson Valley will be paired with Short Ribs braised with a Pino Noir and Veal stock served with risotto and braising liquid reduction.

Fourth Course
Breggo Cellars Pino Noir Savoy Vineyard will be paired with a rich chocolate mousse with a hazelnut and chocolate crust dessert.
