Rhythm Kitchen is currently hiring for:
Server- Part-time
Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm on Friday, June 18th, 2010 for this hiring session.
The Position: This is a part-time position. Schedule is likely to change weekly dependent upon seasonal events, dining trends, and banquet schedule.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have at least two years in the food service industry, preferably as a server. Experience using a POS system is preferred. Must be able to fluently speak English. Take customers orders accuractely and provide excellent service to every customer that walks through our doors. A team player that is willing to help wherever it is needed. All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and must currently have or be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health Card and TAM card. PLEASE NOTE: Meeting the minimum qualifcations does not guarantee an interview.
Responsibilities: To greet customers once they have been seated, assist with customer questions, take food and drink orders, accrurately pass on order to the kitchen, expodite meals, serve customers all while checking up on status on a regular basis for all tables in your section.To complete sidework responsiblities in order to keep restaurant clean and up to company standards. To perform related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds with accurate balance. To stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry for long periods of time. Must be able to climb and decend stairs repeatly.
